Receptionists provide an important link for patients with the practice and are your initial contact point for general enquiries.

Receptionists make most of the patient appointments with the GPs and nurses. Their primary responsibility is the health and the welfare of children aged 0-19 years. They advise about feeding, behaviour, development problem, and toilet training for younger children.
