Repeat Prescriptions
Patients on long-term medication can order repeat prescriptions in the following ways:
- In writing - drop your repeat slip into reception, or post it, with the required items clearly marked. If you enclose a stamped addressed envelope we'll post it back to you..
- Online - follow the link at the top of this page. Your online user details and guide are available from the surgery.
Chemist Collection Service
We have the facility to send your prescriptions electronically to any chemist you nominate, you just need to order your prescription as normal with the surgery and go to your nominated chemist 2 working days later to collect your medication, ask your usual chemist about this service.
Many chemists will collect prescriptions from the surgery and deliver your medication to your home. You can contact your local chemist to discuss this arrangement.
Medication Reviews
Patients on repeat medication will be reviewed by the surgery pharmacist at least once a year, this review does not always mean you will need an appointment as patients are seen at their annual review with the nurse or doctor for a face to face consultation.
Please allow two full working days for prescriptions to be processed and remember to take weekends and bank holidays into account.
